This subreddit is for the light novel written by Yuyuko Takemiya that has been adapted into an anime and manga series, all of which are entitled Toradora! (とらドラ!). But even if they did it would have been difficult to adapt merely because a lot happens in the last two books in a relatively short period of time. As many second/third hand sources I have read have pointed out, the animators did not have the full text/story of the final novel to work with (I’ve never personally read anything from Takemiya-san or the animators from J.C.
